IT'S ALL ABOUT THE BROTH!

Where most people in the U.S. are accustomed to Tonkotsu (pork-based) broth, we set ourselves apart from the norm, with our Tori (poultry-based) and Miso (plant-based) broths!  Slow cooked over time, our broths offer a clean flavor profile with the richness and complexity of an unrivaled quality ramen.

In Union 20" x 16" Poster
The historic quote by Aesop, "In Union, There is Strength," resonates with the very essence of what Union Ramen is. It is a celebration of culture through food, drinks, art, creativity and diversity. One of our great friends and an extremely talented artist, Dung "Donkey" Nguyen created this original artwork on our mural wall in our dining room and now we've replicated this special piece to be adorned on your wall. The Union Poster is printed on 5 color screen print by @fourfingerpress on 20 x 16 100lb. stock and individually signed and numbered by the artist himself. It will be exclusively available at Union Ramen (to be picked up in-store). Frame not included. In Union, a portion of the proceeds will benefit @upbeatacademy which is an after school music education program that empowers and inspires middle and high school students by providing access to technology and tools used in production and performance of hip hop, rap, R&B, dance music and other popular genres. The remaining portion will go towards our initiative to support one local restaurant each week by purchasing a family meal for our staff. With the ongoing struggle of the COVID-19 pandemic, our restaurant industry is taking a major hit right now. We want to continue to support jobs, culture and artistry among our fellow bartenders, servers, chefs, cooks, and staff. Hopefully, this piece will serve as a reminder of hope, strength and unity during this chaotic time.
